The Members of the Committee declared that the Treaty, the bill (Reg. №0096) recommends ratify, determines the executive and finance agreement between two states, the issue of the intellectual property, customs duty, taxation, entrance end departure of the stuff, registration of space objects etc.
The ratification of the Treaty will assist the formation of the legitimate basis for the further cooperation between Ukraine and USA during the investigation and exploration of space in peaceful aims in the spheres of mutual interest.
